Tom Robinson was accused for the rape of Mayella Violet Ewell, the little girl of Robert Ewell, on November 21, 1934. Thomas Robinson (a coloured man), age 25, is married with triple children, and this was non Robinsons first time in trouble with the law, he had gotten in a minor fight before.
